Wintrich at the Mosel

Situated 11 km from the historic town of Bernkastel-Kues the village of Wintrich is ideal for trips te Trier, Wittlich, Traben-Trarbach, Cochem ans Idar-Oberstein.Wintrich has several places of interest e.g. “Weinlehrpfad”, the “Grossen Herrgott” and an open-air museum showing old wine-making techniques.Enjoy peaceful and tranquil walks through vine-yards and woodland.

There are restaurants with original wine-cellars providing delicious local cuisine and Mosel wine. 

The accommodation is for 4-6 persons and is situated in the centre of Wintrich.

On entering the premises and ascending the marble spiral staircase the apartment comprises of a large living area with leather suite, a wood-burning fire and radiators. T.V., stereo with a selection of CD’s and a dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge and electric cooker.

There are 2 double bedrooms and an additional child bed is available on request.A large bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and W.C. Separate W.C. and washbasin. Bed linen and towels provided.Ample car parking opposite accommodation.Storage area available for bicycles.No smoking on premises.Pets permitted but solely on authority of owner.Barbeque site can be provided on request. Bicycles can be rent.

Wine-tasting can be organised…even during a trip by ship on the Mosel… Just ask and we try to find a solution for all your wishes ! Rates are 45 Euros per night for 2 persons plus an additional 5 Euros for any extra occupants.

We can provide breakfast on demand (7,50 Euros pro person), cleaning cost 15 Euros (free when you stay at least one week). The nearest airport is Frankfurt Hahn which is 30 minutes drive away.

Care hire available at airport.The owner provides transfer from and to airport free of charge on lets of one week or more. English spoken by owner.
